DIRTVision.com is a web-based multimedia hub that brings the greatest show on dirt to you in the comfort of your own home. From February to November, fans can experience the side by side racing that before now, you could only enjoy from the track. DIRTVision brings that excitement to you, exclusively featuring the World of Outlaws Sprint and Late Model Series as well as the Super DIRTcar Series Big-Block Modifieds as they compete around the nation. DIRTVision provides free audio from every World of Outlaws Sprint Car, Late Model, and Super DIRTCar series event. In addition to live audio, DIRTVision also provides LIVE video broadcasts from many events during the season, at a cost much less expensive than standard network pay-per-view programming.

-Do I have to pay to become a member of the site?
Becoming a member is completely free. All live audio broadcasts are free for members. The only time you will be asked to pay anything is if you choose to purchase any of the video cybercasts. All audio events are free to members as well.

All STP World of Outlaws Sprint Car, World of Outlaws Late Model and Super DIRTcar Series events will be broadcasted live via audiocast on the DIRTVision site. Fans can listen in to every event on the schedule through the site. Audiocasts generally begin with hot laps and carry fans all the way through to victory lane. It’s the best race coverage available without being there!
Is there a phone number for Dirtvision.com tech support?
There is no direct line to tech support, all the support is handled by emailing email@example.com, due to the loud atmosphere and hectic nature during a race night. However, during live video events, our dedicated tech support team is standing by to answer your emails within minutes to help troubleshoot any issues you may have. By working through emails, tech support can send you links to help get up and running quickly.
I can’t remember my password, how can I get it sent to me?
If you’re having difficulties signing in to your account, whether it be forgetting a password or your username, contact DIRTVision by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, email and username if you have it. A member of the technical support team will email you back with a new password to get you logged back in to your account and back to racing!
What kind of Internet connection speed do I need for DIRTVision.com to work properly?
To listen to the live audio you will only an internet download speed of 56k, typical of most dialup accounts. To view live Cybercast video you will need a minimum download speed of 1 mbps. You can test your internet connection speed for free at http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/.
The live video plays for a few seconds but then freezes what can I do?
Double check that your internet download speed is a minimum of 500kbs. If your speeds are close to 500kbs minimize your other internet use as that can consume your bandwidth as well.
What type of player do I need to view the live video?
Live video is streamed through Adobe Flash player. If your computer does not already have adobe flash installed on it, it can be downloaded for free at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. The archived videos play through QuickTime player. If you do not have it installed currently, you can download it for free at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/.
My computer locked up, so I restarted it and can’t get logged back into my account, what do I do?
The best way to avoid this problem is to logout before restarting your computer. The system is set to hold the account closed for 20 minutes to keep others from accessing your account after an abrupt sign out. If you are having issues with the stream slowing down and you want to restart your computer to try to speed up the broadcast, be sure to logout before restarting your computer to prevent this from happening to you mid-broadcast.
Is DIRTcar Nationals included in the full season broadcast price?
The DIRTcar Nationals event is offered as its own package through DIRTVision. DCN is a 12-day event and is offered at a low price of $54.95, ending up costing viewers less than $5.00 a day for the two week span. The Season Pass covers all the Cybercasts that will take place after the completion of DIRTcar Nationals.
-If I buy the season pass but can’t watch some of the events live, do I lose them?
The great part about buying an event is that even if you have to miss it live, you can come back to your computer within a few days and the event will be archived for you to watch at your convenience. This is the case both for the season pass and individual event subscriptions. If you’ve paid for the event, you can come back and watch it as many times as you’d like.
